Quality inspection

1. All raw materials and accessories must be inspected or tested before entering the product facility, and all unqualified materials will be rejected immediately.

2. We provide quality control testing and analysis for each product line

3. Workers produce products according to the provided technical documents. The first few products of each day will be checked by workers first and then by our full-time QC inspectors. Only after the product has been tested and passed inspection can mass production begin.

4. During mass production, special personnel will check the product regularly to ensure random testing.

5. Our QC team conducts a comprehensive tour inspection and spot checks the parts before proceeding to the next production stage

6. Inspect the finished product to determine its quality level

7. The quality feedback from the marketing department is quickly and efficiently transmitted to the quality inspection department and the technical department, so that design improvements and corrections can happen as soon as possible.
